Is there anyway to move the cache.ndk to a via the notes.ini so that it creates a folder for each person?

I wish to move the Cache.ndk to the local disk but as I am using citrix I need some way to move the file to a different folder for each person.

i.e

set in policy something like this..
cache=c:\temp\%username%\cache.ndk

I am unsure how to script this so that it creates a folder in the notes.ini based on user name so that they don't clash on the server

cache=c:\temp\JDoe\cache.ndk
cache=c:\temp\FNurk\cache.ndk

Can anyone help me with a way to do this?
